Bluephage presents at WEFTEC23 Congress its groundbreaking water contamination detection technology

The event, held on October 3, 2023, was an opportunity for the trailblazing water quality technology company to showcase their revolutionary viral contamination detection technology to a global audience. The Water Environment Federation® (WEFTEC23) Congress is known as the leading gathering for addressing pertinent topics surrounding water quality enhancement.

Bluephage’s Commercial Director, NĂşria Guilera Grandes, led an engaging session dedicated to the Catalan Water Partnership CWP cluster during the event. Guilera was accompanied by by Xavier Amores Bravo, the cluster president, Toni Cuevas CEO of Waterologies SL, Albert Vilardaga Mojal from Createch360 – Intelligent Control Solutions and Guillem SolĂ© Gañan from Derypol, S.A. Her presentation highlighted Bluephage’s commitment to advancing water quality through innovation.

Besides the presentation, Bluephage has the opportunity to be part of the international dialogue on water quality protection, representing a pivotal moment in the company’s mission to create a sustainable water future.

In an exciting development, Bluephage joined the Catalan Water Partnership CWP delegation to visit The Water Council in Milwaukee, a renowned global center dedicated to addressing critical water issues through innovative freshwater technology and promoting responsible water stewardship. Bluephage’s CEO, Enric Queralt Creus, and Chief Commercial Officer, NĂşria Guilera Grandes, participated in numerous roundtable discussions around water utilities, industrial water, engineering, and state and regional support during this visit. They eagerly shared Bluephage’s innovative solutions with diverse international stakeholders.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to deepen their relationship with The Water Council. Bluephage explored the objectives of the Water Council, encouraging collaboration to forge new partnerships in the United States. Additionally, Bluephage had the pleasure of meeting prominent figures, including Beverley Ferrara, Karen J. Frost, Laura Mullen, and Dean Amahus, further solidifying its commitment to global collaboration and innovation in the water sector.
